The most likely reason for this charge to fail is that you have insufficient funds in your account for us to take the verification amount.

We will attempt to charge your card on the day it is added. If the charge fails you will receive an email alerting you than there is an issue. You should then contact support to discuss how to rectify it. 

Please Note: 

  • No deposits will be taken from any card where a verification charge has been unable to be taken.
