If a deposit fails you will get an email notifying you that the attempted deposit was unsuccessful. Learn more about why your deposit failed.
Here's how to retry a failed deposit:
- Ensure any issues have been resolved, then visit your pot in the app
- Press the 'Retry deposit' button on the failed deposit.
- Your deposit will then be automatically rescheduled and re-tried for the next available deposit time.
- All remaining planned deposits will be attempted as normal.
