If a deposit fails you will get an email notifying you that the attempted deposit was unsuccessful. Learn more about why your deposit failed

Here's how to retry a failed deposit:

  1. Ensure any issues have been resolved, then visit your pot in the app 
  2.  Press the 'Retry deposit' button on the failed deposit.
  3. Your deposit will then be automatically rescheduled and re-tried for the next available deposit time. 

Please Note:

  • All remaining planned deposits will be attempted as normal.
